One of the most important things you should be reading is this. Because yes, there are rules for playing in this RP like everywhere else. We'd like to think we're reasonable about them so... here goes.

1. No god-moding plzkthnx. This should be very self-explanatory.
2. No one is god of the universe. This should also be self-explanatory.
3. Please be canon with your characters' personality. You are also expected to keep certain relationships with your characters even if you don't like them. i.e. Vash and Wolfwood are friends, Mamoru and Usagi are together, etc.
4. Please respect each other. This means: a) if you think a mun is not playing their character correctly, b) if you think certain pairings should not be happening but is, c) if you think a certain character should/shouldn't be straight/gay/les/bi/whichever. This RP group supports orientations of all kinds, and no one will be judged for it. Yaoi/Yuri/Het/Smut are all accepted.
5. Speaking of smut, please put warning labels on smut logs of all kinds and make sure to friend-lock it for security reasons (read: LJ is a huge douche). This, again, should also be self-explanatory.
6. If your character died in the series they were in and you still want to play them, YOU MAY as long as it is within reason.
7. If your character is accepted, make sure you create a journal, add all the other users, and have him/her join the communities.
8. The character limit is normally 7. If you'd like more, you may app for more. Though, we would like you to pay attention to all your characters and not leave anyone behind. The mods reserve the right to postpone judgment on any applications sent on any mun's that are breaking the 7-character limit.
9. You may play any character from any anime series. There are, however, very few exceptions. Please refer to the FAQ for further information.
10. If there is a series listed that mentions that they are not accepting applications from that game, please respect that.
11. If there is a series that is not on the master list and you want to apply for a character from there, please apply anyway provided that it is not mentioned in the FAQ.
12. You may apply at-will. The RP is on open-invitation. There is no deadline in submitting applications.
13. You may reserve any character of your choice that is available. But please be aware that it can only be kept on hold for a maximum of five (5) days. Afterwards, it will become available again and you may not reserve that character again if someone else has apped for them after that 5-day period.
14. Please keep RP masturbation to a minimum. In other words, please be sensible about it.
15. Please DO NOT create a journal for your character until you have been accepted to take them. It causes a lot of confusion to the mods and to the person who actually got accepted.
16. You are also not allowed to RP two people who are siblings or be in the same family circle. For example... if you want to play Ichigo from Bleach, you CANNOT RP his dad (Isshin) or any of his sisters (Karin and Yuzu). If you play Souma Hatsuharu from Fruits Basket, you cannot play any of his siblings (Yuki, Kyou, Shigure, Hattori, Akito, Momiji, Rin, Kisa, Ayame, Kagura, Hiro, Ritsu, Kureno, Kazuma, get the picture?)
17. If there is more than one person applying for the same character, the 48-hour period turn-around time no longer applies. In some instances, this may take more than one week. Please consult a mod or the Captain if you have any concerns.
18. Finally, have fun. Remember, this is a game.
